They are investor-friendly. You can pay online. They mail your tax deed in 6 weeks. Yes, you have to spend time researching them. I would say you invest time researching. This is a lot of work. This is not easy. This is not a get-rich-quick approach. But it is a simple process. It could be hard at first. But simple enough to keep working at it. Land might take time to appreciate. But if you buy it under market -value, you gain equity on day one. And like with everything new, it will take huge amounts of conscious effort while you learn how to do it. As entrepreneurs/investors, we are constantly fighting our skepticism, fears, self-doubts. But have to be humble enough to learn something new. And with resiliency, tenacity, discipline, and motivation after we learn it, that knowledge is for us to keep. If we do not give up or reject ideas based on past mistakes. I was the one who stopped doing them so frequently. Cold Calling brought me lots of great clients. I was the one who stopped calling as often. Mailers got me good appointments. I stopped mailing. Door knocking still brings me clients, because I love walking the neighborhood and talking to people. Regardless of what the media say. Opinions abound in regards of door knocking, but I tend to rely on my own experience and results. I enjoy walking. I try to do things that I enjoy the most. Time is a limited resource just as land so use it wisely.  Email Campaigns, bring me good conversations. Emails are something that I still do because they are scalable, and I enjoy writing. Videos. For some reason, this is always in my TO-DO list. I delay recording. I don’t like excuses but I realize it and accept my resistance. I’m working on it and my results will change soon. Direct Marketing: I'm exploring information-first- Marketing or Direct response marketing. Social Media: I'm the worst there. The point is EVERYTHING WORKS. It is we who stop working on the things. Lastly, it is not one thing. It is not one time. Which brings me to my next reason you might not wanna do this course or that you might be thinking

You do not have time

NO TIME / No experience You do have time. We all have time. We spend time differently. We can invest time differently Although this is time-consuming, I find it is a good way to consume my time. I would call it * time –investing*, not -time-consuming*. You can master anything you set your mind to. You do have time for everything that is important to you.
